Diet


Diet Lunch and Dinner (减肥餐):

Lunch(午餐):2 Half Boiled Eggs+ 1 Cup of Low Fat Milk plus 1tsp Honey+ Half Grape Fruit (2个半生熟蛋+1杯低脂牛奶加1茶匙蜂蜜+半个柚子)


Dinner(晚餐): 1cup green tea yogurt drink + 1 Persimmon (1杯绿茶奶酪+1个柿子)

P.S: No solid food after 5pm (五点后不能吃东西)
